Our delivery rates (mainland France)
We've designed our delivery fees to be as transparent and advantageous as possible. Here's how it works:

Pick-up point delivery (2shop)
- Orders from €0 to €37.99 = €3.90 fee
- Orders from €38 = FREE
Fast dispatch: your order is prepared within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends) with real-time tracking.
Delivery in Europe (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands)
Mondial Relay: €8.90
Delivery in Europe (excluding Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden):
Colissimo International: €9.99
International delivery
Colissimo International: €11.00
Delivery areas
We currently deliver throughout mainland France, including Corsica, as well as internationally.
Delivery times
Our goal is to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. As a rule, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days of your order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during busy periods. Due to exceptional demand, our delivery times may be slightly longer.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. Once the parcel has been picked up by our carrier, you'll be notified by text message of your delivery day and time slot.
