From beer to chicory?
Before CHERICO, our job was making beer. The art of creating recipes, blending flavours and chasing the perfect texture. 3 years ago, we wanted to apply that know-how to our daily lives: we were desperately trying to cut down on caffeine without giving up our ritual. We wanted a product that was pure pleasure, but that genuinely did the body good.
That's when we rediscovered French chicory and its magic ingredient: inulin. This natural prebiotic fibre soothes digestion and gives steady energy, with no crash. We'd found our gem.
The "Qui veut être mon associé?" effect
That TV appearance changed everything: it showed everyone the power of this plant and how unique our blend is. The investors didn't sign a cheque that night, but you showed up in your thousands. And that's our greatest reward. That night, everything took off.
We were ready to rewrite the rules of the daily ritual for thousands of French people: clean energy, a calmer body, zero compromise. The revolution is under way.
